As a first time customer, this will be the last time I order from this company. The only reason why I ordered from them is because Takoma Wellness was closed today for Yom Kippur. I called around twelve to find out what the delivery process was like and if they had delivery windows so I could better plan/make my order. The gentleman on the phone told me that delivery would be 60-90 minutes. After looking at that menu, I placed an order at 3:41pm. I Received my order confirmation and that was it. I called back at 6:40 to find out the status of my order. I was told that they had it but did not know why it had not shown up in the system, sounded really suspicious. I was then told my order would be out soon. I received an email indicating that my order was on its way. That was over an hour ago. Almost 6 hours to wait for an order is absolutely ridiculous and beyond unprofessional, and I still have not received my delivery. – Ralph Jackson
