Spliff Nation Dispensary Navy Yard has the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. They greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions about the products, and made me feel completely at ease. If happiness had a location on Google Maps, it would be here. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next cannabis delivery and recommending this as the best dispensary in DC. – T H
I’ve lost all patience with this place. I chose them because they were the closest for convenience, but I’d rather make the trip to another than to continue to deal with this one. From the fees to the wait times, it’s ridiculous. I ordered delivery with hours left before closing, still had to check in around 10:30 (they said someone will be headed my way after they closed at 11), sent another following message requesting an ETA, and another after that. At this point, I guess I’m not getting my order since it’s 12:45 in the morning, and no one has responded with an update. To confirm an order, then confirm that it will still be delivered… just to ghost a customer as they wait all night for you to show up?! Don’t trust the 5 star reviews. They give out incentives for those who leave a positive review before they even start packing your order. They’d rather have paid review than to actually give decent product and customer service. – Meagan Dominique

It's Friday and it is up time. I am regularly at the Southwest location. For my medication. Very friendly your wait time is not long. It is worth the experience. Quantity quality. You will not be disappointed. They have Good patience especially when you are indecisive. They definitely will give you their next runner up if what you normally get is out of stock.
