I believe that all mistakes, we're all human after all, deserve a chance at redemption. King Kong, Nate specifically, more than made up for a snafu gone sideways. First, looking someone in the face and saying you're sorry for the mistake and subsequent frustration means everything in today's detached electronic world. Second, filling the order and then some is a great way to win a loyal customer. Lastly, I get the feeling that these guys will work hard to make you happy. The products seem top quality which is vital for customers. Make sure you place orders before midnight and if you have a question or need some accommodation, just pick up the phone. If your request is possible, I know they'll work hard to make it happen. Rarely do I reverse a review but these guys went above and beyond so quickly and efficiently, I just had to share my experience. I called, sent a message and no response. So then, I drove down figuring I'd just make a purchase but finding any store front proved to be impossible. Having slept about 7 hours in as many days, I was really hoping to alleviate the pain of insomnia. No luck whatsoever. It looks like I'll have to wait until a dispensary in VA opens and buy what I need and hope for a better night later. Very disappointing after driving about a half hour in the wee hours. – Brian B
First I paid for parking for no reason because nowhere does it say curbside pick up ONLY. Then they didnt know I was coming, even though the time was in the order, and had no one to meet me for 20 minutes and I couldnt wait. So I drove an hour for no reason Update, they did reach out to apologize and offered a free gift if I try them again. So I do appreciate that, but I probably wont drive all the way to DC anymore to pick up. – Frank Christensen
