I had such a great experience at Green Life! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, clean, and professional. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took their time explaining everything instead of rushing me, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want you to leave satisfied and informed. The selection was amazing — everything was well organized, high quality, and clearly labeled. I loved how the staff made recommendations based on what I was looking for instead of just pushing products. The atmosphere felt calm, relaxed, and comfortable, not overwhelming at all. Checkout was smooth, quick, and easy, and I really liked the presentation and packaging of my items. Edit: I did receive my product later that evening. The next day I also received an apology phone call from a member of the team leadership which was surprising and appreciated. I'm updating my rating from 1 to 4 for this interaction and consider the matter resolved amicably. Ordered delivery and was told by AJ it would be 30 minutes. An hour later I get a call from AJ saying that the drivers been trying to call me for 15 minutes. How has he been trying to call for 30 minutes and I picked her call up on the first ring? She says go outside and meet the driver. I go back outside and of course he isn't there. I call her back and she says the driver is gone and hangs up in my face. The driver then texts me immediately and says he'll be here in 31 minutes and that he just picked up the order. Obviously someone is lying. I'm still waiting on my order and doubtful I'll ever receive it. Poor service and no ethics. I don't know how their ratings are so high but I'd recommend avoiding this place with a 10 foot pole.
