I’m disabled and recovering from brain surgery. I placed a Dutchie order and when I showed up, they told me it didn’t go through. When I tried to show my receipt, the man behind the counter (possibly the owner) tried to take my phone out of my hand. When I said I wasn’t comfortable with that, he told me I could go somewhere else. No empathy, no care, just sarcasm and dismissal. I left humiliated and shaking.
