I was the first customer of the day in the shop at 9 am on sunday, april 27th, when a lady helped me. I specifically went shopping for rosin, I was extremely specific about rosin. I was offered several types of resin, but i declined. She said they only one type of rosin available. So, I purchased 3 buckets. She went in the back to grab more because they only had one rosin bucket up front. She also said there one of their carts were rosin, so I purchased 1 of those. When I got to the hotel(across the state and late that evening), I got resin, 3 buckets of resin, and a resin cart. No rosin at all. Now I'm stuck with 3 buckets of resin and a cart that I can't smoke!! I was swindled out of $137. My receipt says resin, so I paid for what I got, but I just didn't get the product I wanted. Update, I respond to them asking me to call them. They issued me a refund to try and make it better – Nicole Erickson
