Absolute garbage, one of the worst salesman ive ever met in my life. He offered a deal for 24 an 8th and then proceeded to charge me 32 (not tax) saying the sale wasn't happening anymore after it was already charged . I heard his coworker say the deal was still going. This guy Literally downplayed their own product like he was trying to intentionally lose customers. Maybe he was having a bad day. I still tipped them 2 dollars anyways , would have happily given them 5-10 bucks . First and last time going to this place , you can walk 2 blocks and get a better deal across from the Good food store – Mr. Wilson
Good place to go. But contradicting signs on the front of their store, saying that you can have your service. Dog in there. But you can't have animals. So I brought my service dog in with me, and they told me I was not allowed to have any animals inside the store even if it's a service dog. But the sign clearly says, right? By their front door service, animals are welcome. Non-service animals are not welcome. And it shows a picture of a dog on a leash, and it says that's not okay. But if your dog is on a harness, it's supposed to be okay for them to come in. Hence service dog. The attitude did the guy behind the counter gave me was unacceptable. So if you need to go into this place with the service animal, I'd probably find somewhere else to go because they don't honor their signs or anything – Gregory Horner

I can’t believe it took me so long to find this spot! The employees at Prescribed Burn will make you feel at home while giving you some of the absolute BEST service in all of Missoula. All of their staff members are kind and very educated on their products. They have a seriously large inventory full of treats from around the state! You’re nearly 100% sure to find exactly what you came in for.
