They like to close the store early. Don’t think that getting there past 7:30 will help you. If you say you close at 8 o’clock, take service till 8 o’clock or just say you close at 7:30 and close your drawers then. People are so lazy – Preston Donlon
They've got a good selection and variety. Staff is knowledgeable. The website is basic, at best AND while it is functional it has much that needs improvement. For instance, the thumb nail pics don't reflect the actual product. You've really gotta know the inventory as much as the staff. It isn't helpful and takes time. Stopped in to pickup supplies again the other day (1/14/22) and had a great experience. Regardless of the fact that the building was packed with eagerly awaiting customers, all the employees of the store were happy, helpful, and very engaging. Andrew answered all my questions about my purchase, Hunter and Michelle were both happily helping other customers, and Nichole was super nice and very helpful while I was paying for my medicine. They answered all my questions and then some. Will definitely be shopping with them again soon. Ps: better hang on to these guys, it is clear to me that they are all passionate about their jobs!! – J P
I cant remember names, but 2 blue haired people and a blonde haired person were super helpful and very nice. They were super slammed but keeping it upbeat and happy. You can tell it's been a long 4 or 5 days, but they were rocking tonight. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you for such wonderful service. – Smokeyy Bear Hugs
