Really bad experience. Representative was annoyed by my requesting to know the testing levels and began screaming at me making me as a female feel very uncomfortable in such toxic masculinity. Tried to report it to corporate and they banned me rather than address the issue after I requested they pull the video feed. No man should throw his arms up in the air aggeessively at a female and definitely not a customer service rep. – Morningstar Kids TV
