In October 2025, I accidentally used the wrong card for a purchase. A charge was placed on that card, and I then completed the transaction using a different card. According to my card issuer, the original charge should have been released or refunded, but as of June 14, 2026, I still have not received those funds. I experienced a similar issue with this store in the past, and it was resolved after I contacted them. This time, after I provided statements and documentation showing the charge, communication stopped, and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered for months. I'm leaving this review because I've made repeated attempts to resolve this directly without success. After months of unanswered emails and no resolution, I've lost confidence that this matter will be addressed. – BH
