We’re new to Jersey and have only been to this place once so far, but customer service was great. Walked in, both guys working there were super chill. Helped us out great and gave us exactly what we were looking for. The weed quality did not disappoint. Will be coming back. :) – Mathilde

DO NOT ORDER from this business if you want delivery. I’m not an emotional reviewer, I really just despise bad business. I placed an order with the business last night at 9:03pm and received confirmation. I received no contact whatsoever after that, and my order was never delivered. The business says they’re open until 10pm, but they didn’t answer the phone at all. I called more than 10 times, including multiple times this morning. So I go to the store today (4/22) and the owner tells me “we were busy” and then said he tried to call me a bunch of times, but couldn’t prove it. He also said they cancelled the order and don’t take deliveries after 9pm (I live a block away) even though they don’t say that anywhere on the site. I got my bread back FINALLY, but I cannot stand an unaccountable business owner. He ain’t even have product in stock to buy in store. Just no structure or customer service. He probably would’ve kept my money if ain’t show up. All I got was excuses. Ridiculous. – Nalo Zidan
Be careful, they are dishonest! I placed an online order for a pack of three 0.5g pre-rolls totaling 1.5g. When I got to the store the budtender said they were out of the packs of three but instead had a single pre roll that was 1.5g. I told him that it wasn't a problem and that I'd take it. After paying( slightly more than what I had originally ordered would have been) I got home and realized that the joint was only one gram. It's a small thing but at this point there are too many dispensaries in Jersey City to be back. If you go here check all items and your receipt, they may not match what you were told you were getting. I'd recommend Uforia on Griffin for a better buying experience. – Robert Body
