This place uses to be my jam it had three things good people , good pricing and points. The pricing went up a bit. Then the points got slashed now worth 1/5 of the orginal value. Of it wasn't for the personalities and the strains I like there I don't know if I would be another reason for me to go there other than its location. It's good could be better …. ps. Slashing the points and changing the prices only hurts your workers and buyers of how much they tip all for some business margins smh – Jay Games
Very nice place and friendly staff. They have a great selection of goods, from flower to concentrates. You walk in, they scan your ID (make sure it’s an up-to-date government issued ID, like your state ID or U.S. passport), you place your order on the kiosk, and go to the front to pick up your order. The ask for your ID one more time, you pay (I believe it’s only debit and cash), they hand you your order, and you enjoy your product. My only complaint is that I wish they would carry more prerolls with a THC percentage of 30 and above. Regardless, friendly staff and good product. – Nneka A.
I’ve been to many dispensaries in Jersey City and have never had issues picking up my wife’s(mind you we already upload both our ID And we are older than 30 ) order — except at this one. Every time I come here, it’s always a problem, and the process takes way too long. What’s frustrating is that I’ve seen other guests pick up orders for their family members without any issue, but somehow I can’t. It really feels like they pick and choose who they want to help. The service is just okay, but it’s super slow. There are times when four employees are standing in the front, yet there’s only one cashier open and a line of seven guests waiting. This isn’t a one-time thing — it’s happened several times during my visits. I shop every two days or at least once a week and spend $40–$50 at any dispensary, but this location makes it hard to want to come back. The only positive thing I can say is that they do have great products — just wish the service matched the quality – Byron Avila
