I always have a great experience here. The process is always fast, and the location is very convenient since it’s close to where I live. The staff is extremely helpful and truly goes above and beyond. I even brought my dad, who has been searching for a cream to help with pain in his knees and back. He’s gone through extensive surgeries—some of which haven’t gone right—so he’s very hard to please, and alternative medicine hasn’t helped him in the past. The cream they recommended actually worked and provided real relief. The girl who was working was incredibly helpful and pointed us in the right direction. Overall, we couldn’t be happier. It's a little out of the way but tucked under the Pulaski Skyway is Hudson County's best kept secret (it's not really a secret just follow the signs on 440 & 1/9). You'll be hard pressed to find better deals than what's on offer at Ript, and their rewards program is well worth signing up. They usually have what I need in stock and are quick to recommend an alternative otherwise. Friendly budtenders and a big, clean facility are the cherry on top. I stopped driving out to Bloomfield when I found Ript. – Michael Coven

Had an amazing experience at RIPT Dispensary in Jersey City! Hailee helped me out and she was absolutely awesome — super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient while walking me through all the options. The variety here is incredible — from flower to edibles and everything in between, they’ve got some of the best recreational products I’ve seen around. Definitely my go-to spot in Jersey City! Idk what’s going on but lately I’m not feeling this dispensary. The nasty attitudes you receive if you ask questions about points or anything else or they have miserable faces even being there. Definitely doesn’t feel welcoming like it use to be. I come all the time & spend a good amount when I come. Don’t think I will continue to support this business if it continues to have staff with horrible costumer service. – Christian Rodriguez
