A trip to Blue Oak isn’t like other dispensaries. The staff are friendly, full of knowledge, and I know this sounds silly but they actually want you to enjoy your product and give awesome recommendations, they remember regulars and even your preferences (if you go quite a lot) . If you aren’t entirely comfortable choosing products these are the guys to listen and explain the ins and outs in a way that is accessible which is quite a relief with the market constantly changing. They helped me find transdermal patches for pain which were a game changer for me. I’ve also enjoyed the quality of their products- there aren’t any crappy ones which is quite nice. I know if I try something new it won’t be a total bust which is everything in this category. Lastly I enjoy their community mindset, this is a woman owned business (yay) and you can tell. It’s a sensitive, welcoming place connected to communities around them taking donations and running local events thought out the year. Blue oak is all I want from a local business and more -oh yeah. If you ask about a product they know about, they’ll happily share their knowledge, and if they don’t, they don’t lie and make something up to get a sale out of you.
