I’ve spent a significant amount of money here over time and have referred many people to this shop. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been really disappointing. I was sold two pens that appeared full but didn’t pull at all. When I dismantled the second one, I realized the cartridge was actually empty and the product had hardened—this was a Ruby Farms pen. This had already happened once before with a Rove pen, which I let go at the time. When I brought this issue up again, I was told I couldn’t return it because it was past the two-week mark. I also reached out to the manager/owner and never received a response. It’s honestly sad, because I used to drive all the way from Long Island and Queens just to come to this Soho location. Customer loyalty and basic quality control should matter more than this. Needless to say, I’ll never be going back. – Sumona Chanda

What a lovely spot! My wife and I were happily strolling through SoHo as we stumbled upon this beauty. First off, the vibe is so warm and thoughtful. It gives dark academia mixed with fairy tale. Staff was friendly and informative. They guided us to products we thoroughly enjoyed during the entire duration of our trip. They also have tables and chairs for use right outside.
