What a lovely spot! My wife and I were happily strolling through SoHo as we stumbled upon this beauty. First off, the vibe is so warm and thoughtful. It gives dark academia mixed with fairy tale. Staff was friendly and informative. They guided us to products we thoroughly enjoyed during the entire duration of our trip. They also have tables and chairs for use right outside. I know where to go next time I need some wonderful plants in NYC! – Salvador Osorio

I’ve spent a significant amount of money here over time and have referred many people to this shop. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been really disappointing. I was sold two pens that appeared full but didn’t pull at all. When I dismantled the second one, I realized the cartridge was actually empty and the product had hardened—this was a Ruby Farms pen. This had already happened once before with a Rove pen, which I let go at the time. When I brought this issue up again, I was told I couldn’t return it because it was past the two-week mark. I also reached out to the manager/owner and never received a response. It’s honestly sad, because I used to drive all the way from Long Island and Queens just to come to this Soho location. Customer loyalty and basic quality control should matter more than this. Needless to say, I’ll never be going back. – Sumona Chanda

I have lived in the neighborhood for quite a while and frequently shop here. I have been having really bad back pain, so I went in today to buy a pack of pre-rolls. I approached the register and the first thing I said was, "Hi! I usually come here and buy the hybrid Miss Grass pre-rolls, but am looking for something stronger." The young lady then very nicely showed me different options on the counter, while also taking out a pick of the Miss Grass hybrids that I usually get to check the THC percentage. She then suggestested a pack of pre rolls that were a bit smaller, but had a higher percentage and had double the amount in the pack. So I said, "That sounds great I will take those" and motioned my hand towards the counter that had all of the different options on it. She then proceeds to ring me up, I pay cash and even leave a tip for the staff and as I'm leaving I noticed she handed me the pack of Miss Grass's, not the alternative ones I wanted. Figuring it was a mistake, I went back and told her this and even offered to pay the difference if there was a difference in price. She then tells me that I pointed at the Miss Grass's, that she can not exchange them for the ones I wanted, I cannot return them, and if I want the ones I asked for that I could buy them on top of the Miss Grass pre-rolls she mistakenly gave me. Why would I point to the Miss Grass pre-rolls when I initially came in and said I usually buy them and am looking for something stronger? She also told me she was the Manager and there was no one else I could speak too. I then told her I would not shop here anymore and she said she was totally fine with that. This felt deceptive and wrong. Especially to someone who is a regular customer and has supported this business. She made a mistake and told me the only way to fix it was for me to spend more money. I sent an email to you as well, but I hope someone reaches back out to me about this problematic situation to make it right. – Jacob Bohrer

Horrible Dispensary , I buy disposables all the time got one for $65 and it’s horrible does not taste like quality at all burnt and no flavor or even worth to inhale. Taste like burnt coil. Could not even exchange or help me out, “sorry there’s nothing we can do cause it’s not a faulty product”would not recommend. Device is definitely faulty, I use pens daily. Literally going in the garbage waste of time and money . Would not recommend just stick to where you usually go. – Tp Keeno
