I stopped by IGNYTE about a week ago looking for gifts for a friend who lives out of state. I’m somewhat familiar with cannabis, but I only had a little information about what my friend likes and honestly wasn’t sure where to start. The employee helping me was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She walked me through different options, explained products in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed. After spending almost an hour browsing the store with her help, I was able to put together a really cute gift bag for my friend—and he absolutely loved every product! I actually came back yesterday to pick up some sleep gummies for myself, and let me just say… I slept like a baby. They worked great! I finally got her name on my second visit—Marleen. Thank you for making both experiences so enjoyable and stress-free. Great customer service, great product knowledge, and a welcoming atmosphere. Love this place! I’ve generally had good experiences shopping here. Kyle was especially friendly, informative, and helpful when answering questions about products. He took the time to explain options without making me feel rushed, which I appreciated. My only complaint was during checkout. I noticed a marked difference in the cashier’s tone toward me compared with the way they spoke to Kyle. After speaking to Kyle in what came across to me as a condescending and pejorative manner, the cashier repeatedly encouraged me to add a $5 chocolate to my order. I had already purchased an expensive Eureka vape and had explained that I have food allergies, so the repeated upselling felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Overall, the product selection and staff knowledge are strong, but I’d prefer a more respectful and consistent customer experience. This place is on and off. Sometimes you get normal people at the counter, sometimes you get someone uptight, who wants to scan your ID before you even buy anything and just browsing. Made me feel like a criminal. Although I bought a few things here before, I will think twice in the future. I also saw others walk in, and they didnt get scanned. Good selection but needs more CBD options and Delta 8. – Kevin Jason
I was not always comfortable when going into dispensaries for the reason of not understanding the different strains and what would be right for me..when I walked into Ignyte..the warm welcome I received put me at ease and the their knowledge and experience gave me confidence on selecting what was best suited for my needs.
