The place is amazing! I work near Times Square, and it was one of the first spots I visited when they opened. The service is super friendly and fast, and they’re always helpful with any questions you have. They have a very diverse stock, and I always come here for the concentrates—they’re top quality! Horrible customer service. Mfny product had a huge air bubble and it was clearly malfunctional. Manager refused to provide a refund or an exchange. Buy at your own risk. They are crooks and unprofessional. I have never had this issue at other dispensaries. Go to qubenyc they are close , professional and not trying to rip you off. – Dorian Akristo

First and foremost I think it’s great they have security at the door and checking ids. Some of these types of businesses in the area have a severe amount of loitering. New customer here the young lady was super nice. I don’t know her name I came in probably a quarter to three. She was medium fair skin complexion , nice eyelashes. She was super patient with me of describing what would work best, polite and assisted me with understanding. I certainly will return due to the customer service alone! As per the quality I enjoyed it. I’m not strong in this field if you will but it was just right and fresh. Thanks for the amazing customer service young lady! – Katrina Humphrey
