It was my first time at this location and a wonderful helpful Lady named Ash assisted me. She understood what I was looking for and wasn't pushing anything I wasn't looking for. She made sure to only share what I cared for. Then Ash proceed to show me a little extra once I found what I wanted first. This is how you make a sale. First listen to what the customer needed first. 👏 While waiting for our order to be completed, Ash fellow coworker by the name of Heaven also joined the conversation and made it fun. Before leaving Ash notice that an extra item was in our box and instead of trying to sell it to me she doubled check if it came as a bundle and it did! I only came for a refill cartridge and ended up leaving spending $200. I was more than happy to do so. I will be back. Great staff. I also just found out it was Ash first day there. Not a friendly establishment & Buyer beware. At 7/14-in the afternoon: An employee talked down to me like a child while trying to make purchase after i made a glib comment in regards to their fees. Manager was present and did not intervene. I said to them i will not make the purchase anymore and went down the street instead and had a great experience. – lorenzo mohammed
