Listen it's the day before Christmas, I am STRESSED out. Came to pick up an order that was placed early this morning, due to a small mixup the order was no longer available in its original fashion. It took manager Chris not 10minutes to spot the problem, fix it and bring me comfort in the situation. My BT Mo made sure everything went smooth and I walked out with a smile. I had an excellent experience at Ayr Dispensary in Woodbridge. The store was clean, organized, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. What really made my visit stand out was the exceptional customer service from Natalia. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Natalia made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help did not go unnoticed. First time, medicinal user At this dispensary and they were al super nice super friendly and best super fast! Great deals very helpful. I will definitely be coming back. Carol was such a help to me. She got me in so quickly that I didn’t even know I was done within two minutes that tells you that they really truly care about their customers and that’s where I would love to be so I’ll be sticking around here.
