not knocking store because their basically brand new to the area. I have ordered multiple times from another local dispensary, and that dispensaries delivery process is much better. I wasn't offered any type of 1st time buy discount, which almost every dispensary does, especially on your 1st delivery. I didn't receive any type of discount for being a senior. the delivery process itself went smooth, and the driver Kelly was a pleasure dealing with, but again, you can tell she was very new to the process. As a first time customer the staff made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Great menu, great staff, great prices. I especially appreciate Natalie, who's a bud tender at Earth and Ivy for walking me through everything from signing up for their points program to finding just the right products I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable on the different strains and terpenes and knew exactly what I was looking for (even though I couldn't really explain it very well).
