This place is so beautiful and the service is amazing!! They always make me feel so comfortable with my purchase and I love coming in! was in this store my experience was welcoming at the front but weird at the counter some guy with a chain was making me uncomfortable by flirting trying to show off he owns multiple stores and that he can give me any deal instead of trying to help me with what i want . he was flirting and making me uncomfortable . and some guy in a aviators standing there talkin to another customer cursing left and rite about green crack. won’t be going back. waited up front to be checked in while multiple people were in the back – Brittany Davis
came here because of the green crack promo on instagram. I thought they had old classic strains. Their flower menu was ok, smelled alcohol on one gentlemen’s breath, and seemed like he didn’t wanna be bothered. just wanted to sell me something fast. I ended up leaving empty-handed and disappointed, based on reviews I thought my experience would be better. – Alex S

This was my first time at Cloud 9! All of the employees were super friendly and helped me out efficiently. My only problem was that there was a piece of glass inside of the crumble (METEOR MELON X LEMON CHERRY GELATO | CRUMBLE) (see attached picures) I very carefully examined the rest of the crumble to make sure there wasn't any more but unfortunately there were still some small shards throughout.
