I don't live in the area but was looking for something specific. My husband is a cancer patient and I searched on line and found the RSO that he liked but it was a distance from home. I called and spoke with one of the owners Michael and he couldn't have been more helpful. I ventured out and I am so happy that I did. Michael went above and beyond to help me understand the product and truly made the experience such a positive one.
