They have a great selection but kinda disappointed in the way they are handling the points program so they say you can combo discounts which makes sense 100% Right if you have 20 off the whole store you shouldn’t get 60 off because garden greens has a extra right obviously use the more beneficial discount however loyalty points is not a discount loyalty is literally that if i have to spend 150 to get my 10 bucks off that my reward for buying and supporting as a customer not a discount and it should be able to be applied with the natural discount because its not a discount if someone spends 700 and they have earned 15 bucks off or whatever it is treat it as such not a discount because you deter people from signing up woth nonsense like this because how can you say yes we appreciate your service and your money but you can only use your loyalty points when we want you to ? That sounds crazy especially when you look at it thats like going to game stop on black Friday or during a sale after you earned a gift card from buying so much are you gonna look at your “loyal” customer and say gee thanks for the money and the business but your loyalty points only matter when we want them to chump you cant use your 5 or 10 off ??? Thats crazy yall discount system only really tallies for 5 or 10 off maybe capacity for 20 off but in the grand scheme of it if the customer is buying whatever for how much why cant you combo the “LOYALTY “ with the stores natural discount when you handle business and customer this way it seems really money grubby and janky – Dajon Haayes
