Well lit parking area. Convienant handicap spots. Very clean, modern looking. Security very nice, I use a walker, he held the door for me. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly, and they don't rush you out if you're a newbie and have a lot of questions. Join for deals and specials. Lots of product to choose from. The lady who takes your order in the back, it’s like she don’t even wanna be there. I asked her a question and it bothers her if you don’t like your job go somewhere else. I originally gave them one star, but after coming back, they do have a great customer service. It was a different older lady this time more respectful. – june z

The security guard & the front guy are great people they greet you they make you feel welcome, but the lady you purchased from in the back is so rude. I was literally talking to myself, and she kept typing on the screen and then when I asked her if I can order, she said rudely I’ve been waiting for you, I simply told her that I was talking to her, but she ignored me and she started arguing saying that I was just standing there I’m definitely gonna be looking for somewhere else to go, I don’t wanna spend my money somewhere where I don’t feel welcomed – Laura Vera

I was greeted immediately at the front desk by a genuinely friendly person (after 15 years in retail, I know when people are faking it, lol). I had already made my selections online, but after discussing a particular type of experience I was looking for with Namiaya, she took the time to walk me through a few things until we found it.
