My husband and I were visiting NYC and we wandered in on the way home from dinner; Ro was an amazing help with lots of information and suggestions. His customer service was already on point, but the icing on the cake was my husband asked about a beanie on display as it was pretty cold out and he forgot to bring one, and Ro said it wasn’t for sale, but then just gave it to us!
