All types of businesses always mention the customer experience well. The customer experience here was horrible. The husky guy working there has a bad attitude asked him a question. It sounds like he didn’t want to be bothered. Another review said the same thing about this guy. Was about to buy an vape pen and wanted to see the packing date he gave me another attitude also the other worker there wasn’t much better. I just walked out without buying nothing. I can get a better customer experience buying on the street corner than this place. I don’t need a smile on someone’s face to buy pot, but I’m certainly not going buy from this shop Go to Fluent cannabis at 58th St. and 2nd Ave. and you’ll have a much better experience. I have been to the store a few times to give them a chance and received the same rude customer service each time. Everyone seems annoyed to help you. They also only take debit or cash. At my most recent visit I wanted to pay with debit. Their POS system was slow due to their internet (several reviews mentioned the poor internet on the POS). The cashier got impatient, took my card out of the card reader, threw it back at me and told be to grab cash from their ATM. Tell me how could their internet be so slow but they are streaming several movies and shows on their TV screens? Needless to say that will be the last time I step foot into the store. – Jieni Qian
Decided to go for a walk and had a certain product in mind. – they don't not carry it ..yet. Great selection of items. Shoutout to Jesus & G for being super welcoming, sweet & knowledgeable.
