Great place! Really nice staff!!! Need a more reliable system Other than AEROPAY..but that may be out of their control! That 9pm close time on a Saturday is crazy tho. I think the point of the dispensary is to thwart illegal options of obtaining goods. Doesn’t 9pm thwart the non thwarting!? And unfortunately the state is charging exorbitant amounts in tax. I’m honestly really frustrated at this point. It feels like every time I place an order, I already have to prepare myself for a delay and an inaccurate delivery time. It’s become a pattern, not a one-off issue — and I’m the one who keeps dealing with the inconvenience every single time. What makes it worse is the lack of accountability. There’s rarely a genuine apology or any real acknowledgment of the disruption it causes. Instead, the responses feel dismissive, as if the delays are just normal and something customers are expected to accept. I don’t see any real effort to fix the ongoing delivery time issues or improve the experience. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect honesty, reliability, and basic courtesy. Right now, it feels like I’m the one constantly adjusting my schedule while nothing changes on their end. That’s what makes this so disappointing. First purchase was a month go Metro location after EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Associate Tamared, my first time trying MOONROCKS. Price was GREAT as was Quality. Second time was yesterday deliver, received ABOVE & BEYOND CSR from Domingo, great Superbowl deal. I was $2 short on free delivery amount, and,did one time lookout. Delivery driver was on time, POLITE, & above all DISCREET. ALSO takes CASH. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for cannabis needs, delivery or try other option.
