First time there. A gentleman by the name of Will was at the front desk upon entering. He was incredibly helpful. He ran through the basic information on the differences between recreational and medical dispensaries, costs and strains. He also made some sound recommendations for my needs. Rise manhattan has the best strains in the city. Thumbs up to the whole staff for great customer service. Everything seems to be fresh and flavorful. If you want great meds please go to rise. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the best cannabis products in the city IMO. You can schedule appointments or just walk in which is what I always do. They have an awesome rewards program too! Rise is family owned and has more of a community vibe than the other Manhattan dispensaries. It’s smaller and not as flashy as the others but you feel more warm and welcomed here and not just another customer. They have the products I am looking for, there are these 1 to 1 Orange matter gummies that everyone else stopped selling besides these guys and are always there when I go. They have a wide variety of products and have discounts, I got 20% off my first time here. – Mike Ortiz
