She took the time to answer all my questions, gave great recommendations based on what I was looking for, and never made me feel rushed. Alright, I ordered from them through the website for delivery. I can’t say enough about the customer service. Top tier. I noticed the day I ordered was also their “2 year anniversary celebration” so understandably, things were slightly delayed. Slightly. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. You’d think they were 5 hours late (they give you an estimated time, and honestly, they weren’t far off from the estimated time they gave me, if at all). I couldn’t believe how sincere they were and how generous they were. Again, this was my experience with them. I will, without a doubt be using their services from now on.
