I had seen this place in passing and knew I wanted to stop by soon because of its location. It’s a nice sized shop and the staff are helpful and friendly. I literally went to the counter and told them what I wanted along with I’m not sure what I want but could you pick me out something and they asked how much I was willing to spend. No hesitation the lady came back with two to pick from. Very pleased with my purchase today. After almost two weeks without a day off I really needed them and what I got. Updated July 11, 2025: It’s been 6 months since my original review, and Treehead Culture Dispensary has only improved on what was already an amazing experience. The staff, product selection, and energy here just keep getting better. Today I grabbed Eureka’s Citrus Splash vape and a battery — it’s magnetic like a Vuse e-cig, and now includes CBC to fine-tune the effects. Citrus Splash is billed as energetic and creative, which is exactly what I want on a Friday night — and I’m literally writing this while enjoying it. Tastes amazing. Moony’s Zooties are still my go-to for pre-rolls, and I was excited to see Fatso Jealousy now available as a pre-roll (it used to be flower only). A couple weeks ago I tried Treehead Culture’s delivery service, and Gabby showed up to my house quick — just make sure you’ve got your ID ready. It’s handled just like an in-store visit. 10/10 recommend if it’s available. Today, Sidney and another team member (sorry I forgot your name!) made sure I left with everything I needed. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely into the product they sell. Treehead Culture keeps getting better — if you're still debating whether to check them out, just go. Worst Dispensary Experience – Avoid This Place at All Costs! I’ve shopped here twice, and each time has been a complete disaster. The stock is inconsistent, prices change without warning, and they use an ATM card reader that slaps on a ridiculous $4 fee just to make a purchase. I bought two of their lowest-priced 8ths, which still cost me $64-65 after tipping a dollar because the staff looked absolutely miserable. That’s right—$64-65 for the lowest shelf product, and it’s the worst I’ve seen in years. Visual Evidence Speaks for Itself Take a look at the photo I attached. This is what they consider "dispensary-level" flower? It’s not dried, not cured, and clearly not stored correctly. Buds are soggy, discolored, and clearly suffering from poor handling. This is bottom-tier quality that would be embarrassing for any legitimate dispensary to sell. Planet X on Rez outdoes these guys on any day of the week with better quality and honest pricing. Rigged Reviews – Don’t Be Fooled! The funny part? Look at the reviews they’ve got plastered online. It’s painfully obvious that most of them are fake or written by people who don’t know any better. You’ve got people hyping up trash-tier flower as if it’s premium, which is laughable. This place is all about appearances—hiring attractive staff and trying to sell the illusion of quality. The truth is right there in the photo—if that’s what you want to spend your money on, be my guest. A Money Grab Disguised as Medicine They don’t even show tax rates or THC content properly on their receipts like a normal dispensary would. And let’s talk about the owner—rich as hell, selectively hires people for appearances, and couldn’t care less if you’re $1 or $3 short. I was literally a couple of bucks away from getting the strain I wanted, and they couldn’t bother to help. They’ll take every last cent from you and act dumbfounded if you ask for a bit of compassion. Do your research. Avoid the scam. Go to Planet X on Rez or check Reddit for legit vendors.
