This place is amazing! Great product, great prices and exceptional customer service! LSS, I had a unique issue with a product I had bought a few days prior. Chloe was working with a young man (I didn't get his name) and they handled my issue with empathy, which is huge to me. Its not common anymore to get superior customer service, but Misfits has the right people in the right place.I have been going there for close to 2 years and I can honestly say that I've never have bad experience! This place is soooo fun! Maddie was great at explaining everything in the store like what they offer, and even special items only they have in this store. They had their own rolling station in store which was super unique, I had never seen that and it was used greatly by me! Definitely recommend :) – Juju Montes
