Curaleaf Dispensary Rochester

Most tenders are sweet! Medical dispos all go by different rules tho. Some need card copy IDs some need pictures of nys id. Some budtenders accept it some dont. Been that way for years at most medical dispos I’ve been to. One week it’s this, one week it’s another. The actual location blows you’re in the middle of the worst part of Rochester good work Curaleaf! I’m sure, I know, accommodations can be made, some days they’re made some days they’re difficult and strict. Get on the same page and stick to it. – Ricky Mercendetti

Super helpful, informative, and friendly as always! Was having trouble with the new Dutchie linked payment process so order had not pushed through when I arrived. Kloud was great, helped with my order and my technical issues. – Michelle Smith

Today was my second time using this particular dispensary. Breyah was very knowledgeable, respectful and eager to help me figure out what I needed. I’ll be back. Update 1/24/25 returned for the 3rd time and Connor was my help today. He is very knowledgeable and knew what I was asking for. Great place. Second photo is what I got. 2 thumbs up – Celeste Bell

Love the deals they have here. Employees are all awesome minus the security guard (one that works weekends) who was rude to me for no reason. The other one is really nice. Not sure if I’ll come back. Might just go to a different location to avoid that dude. For that reason I give 3 stars. Maybe tell that guy to chill out. – Anna Makusij

Both a physical form of government issued photo identification and a New York State medical certification is required to purchase, as has been the case since the opening of THIS fantastic MEDICAL ONLY dispensary with extremely knowledgeable staff and MEDICAL quality products. I won't speak on behalf of other "medical dispos," but considering it's illegal to drive your vehicle without your license being physically on you, having your photo identification physically on you isn't a hard, nor difficult, rule to follow. – C Murphy
