Not my first review of this place, but felt inspired to reiterate- excellent service. The products here are always fire, but what makes this shop special are the people inside it. They are always helpful, easy to talk to, and give off great vibes. Today I was helped by Adam and Jason, and both were awesome to interact with. I definitely recommend Rise for anyone looking to try something new or revisit an old favorite; come here because the staff will make it a whole memorable experience. The best dispensary I’ve ever visited. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine kindness and made to feel welcome. The manager, Dan, is especially professional and personable—he always takes the time to help and makes every customer feel like part of the family. The store itself is consistently clean and inviting, with a warm, comfortable atmosphere. From the friendly staff to the quality products, everything about this place is exceptional. This was all new to me and once certified I was referred over by my oncologist. I went in met Beth and she was truly amazing. She asked questions and explained the products and was able to sell me what was possibly best for me. I am beyond pleased with the kindness, knowledge and personalization thst was shown to me. I have been going to this dispo since it first opened and they have always been great to deal with, great staff, great rewards program and I mostly like that they have in house brands that they discount frequently, I always stock up. Also the managers are great if you ever have any issues with products just bring them back in and they will assist and are super helpful, had a few vape carts that were random duds and they have always been good about exchanging for working products. My husband and I went to Rise yesterday. First experience with a dispensary. We met with Sarah. She was wonderful! Sarah listened to what we were looking for, she provided several options and allowed the choice to be ours. Sarah is well educated on the product, patient, kind and engaging.
