I've been a customer here for nearly a year and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I have questions and they always provide helpful, non-judgmental information. If I had one constructive criticism, the website search engine doesn’t quite work correctly. Such as, I'll filter for all 7g flowers and it will still show other sizes, just one example. I understand that is a minor problem, but I thought MJ might want to know. – Molly Procopio

Joe was great! My friend kept on reffering me to this place and I finally stopped to check it out, beautiful store! Super nice inside, very personalized, and makes you excited to shop! Great customer service as well! I usually go to Rise (which is great don’t get me wrong) BUT I def would highly recommend this place more just because of the very warm and welcoming environment!🫶🏼 – Itz ya girl Leaaa

Ashford was very helpful and knowledgeable, definitely made my experience when I was feeling a bit lost. Good selection of products and pricing is comparable or less than other places. Only thing I don’t like to the pricing on the screens, thats a bit annoying and makes me wondering if pricing fluctuates frequently. Overall I enjoyed my visit. – He He
