Update to post below Got a call from Ajax at Realm, told him my story and he totally understood. He was really great and handled the situation immediately. He is going to make it right. And I will now use the $5 off. Thanks Ajax 3/26/26 First time customer in Rockland. Get a bunch of great weed but also was sold 7g of of Planinum Reserve Jack Herer that had an expiration date of 4/9/26. (Shame on me for not looking). Fast forward to 4/1/26 and I go to visit the Westchester location. There is a representative of Platinum there so I walk over and tell her my issue. She apologized and said that Realm had old stock and was working to get them to bring in new stock. She offered me a free sticker and the conversation was over. I then told the bud tender what happened and also said sorry and offered me nothing. From my initial purchases I earned a 10% off on my next order and $5 off my next order. They would not allow me to use both on my Westchester purchases. I used the 10% and still have the $5 that I will never use. Nice place and good bud but poor customer service on both Platinums and Realms parts. – Brian Schwartz
