The incredible folks at Rise Cannabis are some of the most wonderful people I know! They make every visit a pleasant experience, they have top shelf product, and they welcome LGBTQ+ folks with open arms. Their mission statement focuses on fighting against cannabis racial discrimination and making cannabis available for all, which is a welcome bonus to an already 5-star experience. I cannot recommend them enough, they are the only place I will go in Syracuse, and I'm kind of a weed snob so that's saying something! On a personal level, they were nothing short of incredible to my late pup Appa, who met them as an older blind dog but trusted them all completely. He knew exactly where we were when I told him we were going to Rise, and they always had treats for him. Tonight we swung by this joint 🔥 for the first time. After geocaching nearby we looked up a dispensary we hadn't been to before. When pulling into the parking lot I was a bit skeptical because at night the exterior looks a bit rough 😅 but we were pleasantly surprised upon entering. Immediately we were warmly greeted by Kyle, aka security looking dude, and he showed us how to use their simple kiosk to shop. It made looking for what we wanted specifically much easier to find. Having stage 4 colon cancer, he prefers a higher hybrid/indica flower or pre-roll before bed. The shop itself is beautifully designed and classy ✨️ I had a giggle at the pet toys since I own a pet care company myself. They had a wide range of not just thc products but other unique products and accessories to help anyone find a creative gift for a 420 friend. I wandered around a bit while he shopped and loved all the displays. The way you show case your products and brands is so appealing and modern. Don't get me wrong I love an old school patchouli smelling shop, but this was a refreshing shopping experience. Everything was clean and bright. Upon checking out, Jeremias, who had the most awesome hat ever, gave me a couple stickers to bring with us back to Canada 🇨🇦 to put on our stash bin there. We will be back and recommend this establishment for anyone seeking high quality products. This seems like it would be a fun place to work. Great staff and vibes. Ps. I don't typically rate the product, because it's all wholesale and can be available anywhere. The People make the experience worth the effort. The young lady that assisted me with my purchase, is friendly and knowledgeable. I did some retail and had a question about my grinder, which is more a mill. She knew exactly why I was asking my question straightened me out and I've been smiling since. Is the weed good? Depends on what ya buy. What i have, makes the day worth seeing and the night worth living. I don't mind they are in a dealership parking lot, i would endeavor to not ever do business with. Even watched their dealers do a bunch of weird stuff with inventory when I showed up, even circled the building in a grey sedan that's the model they sell oddly enough. Maybe it was the weed I hadn't smoked yet. I'll never know. I only ask pertinent questions when I care. I cared to know why my grinder only had 2 chambers and not 3. Now I know! The knowledge and professionalism is amazing! I walked out with more knowledge than I walked in with. The customer service and vibes are unmatched.
