Bait and Switch by sales rep. Showed me price of item, which was his employee discount I learned later, I asked if that was my price (at a 40% mark up from online) he said yes. I thought I'd take the hit, since I wanted to sleep well that night. Come back with cash, price was changed, they said nothing, I ask, he said that was his protional price as a worker, *sorry for the confusion". The price ended up being a +80% the cost of what I would have paid online plus shipping. I honestly would be fine if it wasn't so obvious they were deceptive. They tried not to say anything as they rang me up and tried quickly to dismiss what happened and finish the sale. I heard them talking sales tactics openly in the past, and had many floor promotions on flower that disappeared at checkout too. The customer seems to be just another product to managers at this place. In the end I will buy from better intentioned sales people moving forward. Sucks the dispensary was close to my place too. – Cosmic Dread
Place is not bad, same product as everywhere else. Just wish they revamped the point system. Their competitors have much better point systems for loyal customers so step it up herbz. – Ryan M.
since day one staff and everyone there been a vibe. have a question they got you. first timer they can guide you in the right way. best bang for your buck. got a issue let them know. I got a pre roll 1 time since they open was totally just messed up nothing in the cone all in the tube barely told them.bout it brought it in let me exchanged it. so by any means stop in give them a try – Matt Maurtaugh
