I normally go to the Syracuse store but I tried Brewerton the last couple times. The parking is so much better than Syracuse. Tonight my sales rep was ALI. She was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, happy and bubbly personality. I spent over $300 so I was entered into a raffle drawing, I received a free gift from Jeeters, and a free spin on the wheel. I landed on Jeeters so I won a free mini Jeeter. I have to say between the better, easier parking, the amazing customer service and my freebies have won me over and BREWERTON will be my store. I hope to see ALI again because she was also very helpful with my choices. I have worked in Customer Service most of my life so I am a customer service critic!! Very enjoyable experience.
