While on the road traveling I wasn’t able to find anywhere that carried the specific brand Sluggers. Thankfully they did! I called a few times to see if they had the Trainwreck and Euphoria strains and at first they didn’t but thankfully somehow one was found when I arrived which was extremely helpful. The store is huge and has a wide variety of popular brands for medical and recreational use it would seem. The customer service was wonderful! The wonderful lady (I believe her name was Kristy) that helped me knew right where to look and was happy to help. Wonderful experience overall. This is my favorite location out of the surrounding areas. They are always kind and knowledgeable. Plus cheaper on certain products I use and a good selection on everything. Kristy is my favorite and a great employee! – K

I normally go to the Syracuse store but I tried Brewerton the last couple times. The parking is so much better than Syracuse. Tonight my sales rep was ALI. She was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, happy and bubbly personality. I spent over $300 so I was entered into a raffle drawing, I received a free gift from Jeeters, and a free spin on the wheel. I landed on Jeeters so I won a free mini Jeeter. I have to say between the better, easier parking, the amazing customer service and my freebies have won me over and BREWERTON will be my store. I hope to see ALI again because she was also very helpful with my choices. I have worked in Customer Service most of my life so I am a customer service critic!! Very enjoyable experience. Best dispensary around! The staff is always friendly, and Kristy is especially helpful. Everyone is very knowledgeable, and they have an amazing selection of flower and vapes. If you’re in the area, definitely check it out. – Chris Marra
