When I first started coming here I had no issues and loved the customer service. As soon as I had an issue everything changed. I purchased an unusable vape and when I called to confirm I could exchange it, I was told to bring it right in and I would be taken care of. When I stopped over later that day the manager did nothing besides offer me a 15% discount on a new one. The poor customer service as soon as there’s any issue is the reason I won’t go back. Sure, the deals are great but good customer service is much more valuable than anything money can buy. – G

I had a great experience at Verilife. The manager, Manny was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to go over the products. You can tell he is consistently goes above & beyond for excellent customer service. – Lisa-Joe Gabriel

Was a bit disappointed today. I had this issue at the other location also. I've had spine issues for several years and I have mobility issues. My balance is off and I'm using a cain. I placed a pre-order 45 min prior. Arrived and there we some people at the location. I was waiting in one line and the next line came available and the associate at that line said next and there was a customer that must have seen me standing there, and I heard the o Associate say nah he can wait for her. So im standing there 15 minutes later in an empty store. Last one to be checked out. I was disappointed. I did come at a different time, I usually try to be the first customer of the day because of my mobility, next time I'll look around for a chair, if I can't come first thing in the morning. These are the only issues I've ever had with Verilife though. Its a Great shop with great people, I just wish they would be more aware of people with disability issues. No need for anyone to reach out, I just hope in the future they would be more mindful. Thanks – R. W.
