If i could give 10 stars I would. That was hands down the best shop I have been in since ive checked a few of them out. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and are super knowledgeable and really helped me because I had no idea what I was doing. Im used to buying it the old school way. But never again plaave is so high tech and toubjustvhave tk ask and theyllnget you what you need Ask for Devon the Dude. My guy was awesome and really went out of his way to help me. I’ve been coming here for a while and Sammie was the heart of this place. She was the only person I trusted for top-tier recommendations. When I asked management about her whereabouts I was met with a short dismissive answer, “She doesn’t wanna play with us anymore” was rudely shouted at me by a tall man with glasses which was pretty disrespectful. In addition, during my previous experiences with the delivery service, she was the only one who called prior to arriving and even walked it up my driveway. Recently, I've been receiving my delivery’s after the chosen time slot, which forced me go back into the store hence why I asked. She was a beam of light at every store event, and the shopping experience isn't the same without her. – Bobbi
I've only been there once so far but it already feels like my home shop. Staff is very knowledgeable and kind, the perfect mix of friendly and space. Their selection is great it seems like they try to bring in new things fairly often. Im excited to go back! Signed up for their loyalty program.
