One of the most beautiful dispensaries I’ve had the chance to visit & all around good vibes. The staff is always friendly, but in particular, Alec C always goes above and beyond to make all customers have an amazing experience. Libby gets 5 stars. The shop as a whole. Not helpful. I walked in and I have been there several times before and no one has ever told me that I had to place an order. They usually help me right at the counter. There was no sign on the door saying that I had to order first and the two people that were standing and greeted me didn’t tell me I had to make an order either. They just let me walk over to the line. I waited about five minutes and was greeted by a girl who I didn’t get her name who said what do you need? I told her I’d like an Indica or sativa I really don’t care what kind and she told me to go put my order in I get back in the back of the line. I understand that is nearing the holidays and they are busy but they should have people that don’t just assume that people know what to do when they get in there especially if they haven’t done it that way before. Libby said not to take it personal, but I do. This is because of the simple fact that you never would know what’s going on in other people‘s lives so you should really watch how you treat them. It can make a big difference in making or breaking their day. That’s my advice for Royals flower. – Thank you, Libby for all of your help and your kindness. You really made my day!
