It was nice to actually have a conversation with them rather than get a dirty look because youre actually engaging in conversation. Natalia and Jason were great! Super cool to talk to and very knowledgeable on the products. Great selection of products. I was informed about all the specials (that I will be back for) and got all the goodies I originally went in for, plus some extras. The prices were on par, if not better than most other local dispensaries. I usually won’t deviate from my original cart or leave a tip for a small pickup but let’s just say I did both. Really, this should be the gold standard of how dispensary experiences could and should run. Thanks again guys. This is my favorite dispensary all around for many reasons. They have very good prices and your points add up quickly compared to other places. Tonight I had a gentleman named Scott who cashed me out in the drive-through. He is very professional and kind and knowledgeable. I asked him for tips about lighting my pre-roll And he gave me a detailed explanation and visual by showing how to hold it and giving me tips on what I shouldn’t do because I was worried about it canoeing. I’ve never had a bad experience at this dispensary nor have I ever had a bad experience with any of the workers either they all generally seem like they want to be at work and they always all have a smile on their face. From Me customer service is big because it makes me feel welcome and makes me feel comfortable so I definitely recommend this dispensary. I started going to the one in Massachusetts, but when they finally opened up the one in New York, where I live. I’ve only gone to this one since. – Kirsten Welcome
