We were part of the construction of purple owls from day one. We saw the transformation from being a building to what is now. This place is an original place to be in, the set up is very cool, and they have the security place in all the store. We installed the security systems, and we can you are very secure here than any other place…beside the security, you can choose between many products they offer to purchase. From the sign, you can see how much details they put in each side of the store. Was my first time at the store. I put something based off of the picture and it was a Completely different product. This is not a new tactic. It’s called bait and switch. After I was charged and complained, the manager and sales person looked at me as if i did something wrong. There are too many good people in this world to deal with this dishonest staff. Just a suggestion go anywhere else Except here. I don’t see them being in business for too much longer with there Business practices. – Davey Cee
I have tried a couple other dispensaries in the area, and hands down this place has them all beat. First of all – Parking, Parking, Parking! It's free! Where do you get that in downtown White Plains? The employees were kind and very helpful as I actually shop for my wife not myself. They took the time to discuss things and explain them to me unlike the other shops who seemed more concerned with just taking my money and sending me on my way. I was also pleased to hear that this is a Minority and Woman owned business that is owned and operated by LOCAL Westchester residents. Not some big out of state investment company trying to maneuver the OCM guidelines and treat every person like they are just a number. I "Highly" recommend them to all for quality service and if you care about supporting local businesses. – Bruce Lindsay
I love exploring different dispensaries. Every time I go to purple owl it is disappointing. I have gone in 4 different times and every time is the same unpleasant experience. Staff is not welcoming or friendly, except for one guy named Angel. No one seems to know what is in stock and what products they carry. Little to no variety of brands. Even as a last resort I’d avoid going to this one. – Why L
This was a five star experience. Easy ordering on a tablet if you know what you want. The information is transparent, and payment was seamless. Clerk was knowledgeable as I eavesdropped her conversation with a customer. Products were ready no more than five minutes after ordering them on a tablet.
