As someone who maintains high standards when it comes to service and professionalism, I can confidently say my experience at Happy Days Dispensary exceeded expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, organized, and efficient. Marygrace, the cashier, was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable with my selections. Her professionalism and positive energy truly stood out. Manager Balin was equally impressive. He was approachable, supportive of his team, and clearly committed to maintaining a high level of customer service. It’s evident that strong leadership contributes to the exceptional experience customers receive there. This visit left such a positive impression on me that I’m genuinely excited to recommend Happy Days Dispensary to my friends and family. What’s the point of saving up rewards if you can only spend a portion of what you save. ($100 or 2000 points is most you can take off) Also get charged full tax on items that are on sale? If an item is on sale from 120 to 90 why do I pay taxes on 120? On top of that I got an extra happiest tier reward on my account and when I try to cash in they act as if I’m stealing bc I already had one. How am I supposed to know you only get 1 reward after the crazy amount I spend here! I’m using the rest of my points and then shopping elsewhere thanks for everything…….. On my last visit, Paul who is one of the owners stopped me to ask about my poor experience and I have to say I was impressed with how he handled it. He’s a stand up guy and addressed all of my concerns. I now understand about the tax and more about the rewards program. Also I like how he was willing to hear me out on making the usable rewards higher! For all of these reasons I’m changing my experience from a 1 to a 4. Thanks again Paul! – eric mort

Great service, I've been a few times and I went from confused to completely mastering the system. I suggest checking the website or app and ordering and picking up your order. You can choose cash as a payment option and can cancel your order anytime without a big fuss. Their selection of drinks are amazing and cheap, $5 for a 10mg drink like lemonade or peach tea. They have tinctures, the vapes are potent and cheap, and then there's the moon rocks either pre rolled or by the flower. What a wonderful experience at this beautiful and clean establishment!! Totally worth the 20 min drive for me, especially since there's SO much to choose from here. The staff was super kind and helpful, especially Christian and Isaac. Christian could tell it was my first time there so I went up to him to find out how I can smell the flower and he assisted me with no hesitation. Isaac was a doll to chat with about the edibles I bought and I'm even more excited to try them. There's a plethora of cashiers so there's rarely ever a line. There's also some staff on the floor that can assist you with any needs as well and I love that they checked up on me to see if I was okay. I spent about $100 (including tax) on 6 items. I was also given a free shirt by Christian for my "great energy" lol I can't wait to come back here!! 😁 – Big Ash
