DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! 12/13 bought heavy hitters vape.. 12/16 called shop to find out replacement policy because vape was not working.. I was informed I needed my receipt and was given troubleshooting advice to fix the vape.. 12/22 went in to exchange and was informed of new policy of only 7 day window to replace vape.. I’m out 120 because they couldn’t inform me of new policy even though I asked about the policy.. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! SHOP WHERE THEY KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE AND WHERE THEY APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS..
