Great first time going to this shop, wasn't sure how it worked, I walked in and everybody was kind of by themselves, like a holding pattern, so I did the same. Within just a few minutes a gentleman approached and asked how he could help, I gave him my criteria and he started showing me all the choices that fit my criteria. Really relaxed vibe, as far as time spent with me, he never made me feel like I was asking to many questions, or that he was trying to rush me. Overall, I give two thumbs up!! 👍 – Sherry Kielty
1/5 – Very disappointing experience Bought a Stiiizy product that was visibly leaking straight out of the box and the staff refused to simply exchange it. The staff members (supervisors) offered no real help and acted like it wasn’t their problem. A very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I won’t be coming back, and definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone expecting basic customer service. – Jr Q.
