I had purchased a disposable pen and used less than 10% of it when it malfunctioned and stopped working. I returned to the store to request a refund, but the manager was extremely rude and offered no apology. She rolled her eyes and said, “This is the last time I’m returning this,” as if I were at fault for the product failing. Great first time going to this shop, wasn't sure how it worked, I walked in and everybody was kind of by themselves, like a holding pattern, so I did the same. Within just a few minutes a gentleman approached and asked how he could help, I gave him my criteria and he started showing me all the choices that fit my criteria. Really relaxed vibe, as far as time spent with me, he never made me feel like I was asking to many questions, or that he was trying to rush me. Overall, I give two thumbs up!! 👍 – Sherry Kielty
I have been to a few dispensaries in the bay area. Haze is not the slickest, fanciest dispensary, but they always have the one product I purchase. Other dispensaries are hit or miss with the brands they stock. Haze consistently stocks, the brand and product that I purchase.
