I am tried and true customer. I recently moved to Manteca, but I like PL so I try to come here to SJ to get my smoke. I drove from Manteca twice to come here this week. Once because I as having a day and need to reup. It didn’t happen (see below), the second time was yesterday. Here’s why I’m considering just not using PL anymore. The first time, I called and informed I was coming from Manteca and wanted to confirm if I was still going to be able to make it on time. I arrived at 9:58. The clock turned to 9:59 as I was at the front and I was still turned away. I was bothered, but decided to come back on Friday, when I had to be out here anyway. I pee ordered like always, and the price on my preorder was $100 I screenshot it because I’ve had issues with wrong pricing before, and usually they just fix it. The budtender said it was $125 and didn’t bother to figure out why your website was giving me a different price, nor did he fix it. Which meant me not getting what I originally ordered and budgeted for. That is $25 difference. On top of it he just kind of blew me off like it didn’t matter. I could have taken my money elsewhere. And probably will since they are not my closest option. But I come to SJ a lot and wanted to keep with the same dispensary I have been almost exclusively using for years. Not sure if I’ll continue using purple lotus because consistency and being able to budget appropriately is important to me. I’m willing to drive for what I want and great service. But not if it’s like this. They are polite and usually great at customer service. But there are a couple of budtenders that don’t really seem to care about their customers or their experience. – Kai McGee

Yesterday I decided to pop in for a quick trip was my second time visiting purple lotus a friend had recommended so I definitely decided to pop in real quick to get myself a cart didn’t plan on spending too much was a decent amount and I had the wonderful bartender who not only checked me in at the door, even assisted me at a checkout. Emilio was his name and he was very formative and had a lot of knowledge on specific products, which I definitely appreciate it. It was also nice to bond on another aspect, which was how I like to consume certain products which sometimes not a lot of people buy, so it was really nice that he had even knowledge on that which is dabbing. Anyways, it was a really pleasurable experience and was given another product instead of the product I originally had wanted to go in and get, but I’m so happy was recommended this product versus the other. All in all Emilio made a happy Customer a believer and I definitely will be back to visit purple Lotus very soon. – Anjelica Andes

I placed an order at 6:40 for a delivery between 8pm and 10pm. I received an email immediately that my ordered had been received. At 9:25pm, I received a text with my tracking link stating my delivery would arrive between 9:59pm and 10:03pm. However then at 9:49, Purple Lotus texted me saying they were unable to complete my delivery despite confirming over 3 hours prior. It would have been helpful to be informed anytime in the 3 hours I was waiting or prior to receiving a tracking link from the driver… – Phoebe

Prices are great, staff and managers in-house are awesome, my son and I are very loyal customers. Very rarely would we get Cannabis somewhere else because we're happy for the most part. I did take 1* this is why – PLEASE, PLEASE get your WEBSITE FIXED. I don't remember the last time I was able to finish an order on line it's soooo annoying. I'm not the only one who says that, especially if you want to only order online. As of the past few months it is IMPOSSIBLE to do. If your website is good = less calls = less overhead = less customers LEAVING because some don't want to talk on the phone. Those, including myself, get frustrated by the inability to place the order online then off we go, on another site, BYE BYE customer, bye Bye money. Another issue – call center. I personally don't like it at all, too frustrating. I was told that they call center is off site, but they are, on site that is. If you have issues you cannot resolve it, they said they can't.
