What People Are Saying

Only been here twice. First time was in and out so no actual customer service was involved. However, for this second time, I actually requested some help. There was a 'gentleman' (to call it something nice given the disgusting behavior he had) standing in the front with his tablet. I politely ask if he could help me and explained my situation with pain and needing a balance of uplifting and pain control. This person, I believe his name is Marvin or Melvin, started naming different products one after the other, and [stupid?] me not knowing these products by name, asked if he could show me. He proceeded to walk to the wall with all the specific products I mentioned, and stood there behind me while I looked briefly. I looked around for about 3-5 minutes and asked a couple of follow-on questions like "is this a good brand?" Or "do you have this in stock? I cant find it on the website". You know, since he wasnt really explaining anything about the product, I wanted to see them in the website to check the description and composition. After literally a couple of minutes, he was still standing behind me looking at his tablet not saying anything. Then he tilted with a rushed and "you're wasting my time" tone asking if I needed more time to look around. I replied oh no no, I want to take 'this' and 'this', but im still looking on the website if it is what I need because im putting the order online. Oh you're putting the order online? He replied. I said "yes, I have to since…" and without warning he stormed off from behind me, while swinging his arms, and nodding his head from side to side, like saying "no", leaving me there. I initially thought, there's no way he just did that. So, I went around the corner of the stand right behind me to see where he was going, and could see him venting off to the lady in the front and disappearing from the floor. Complete total lack of professionalism and business manners. I was seeking for help since the moment I walked in, and when I asked, he was so uninviting and dry. Never made any stupid remarks and took, at most, 5-10 minutes of his time asking the pertinent questions since im not a professional. I went to the extent of giving a personal detail that I was looking for something for pain since im a disabled veteran, and still did this. Not coming back here at all. Liked the convenience to work, but after this unnecessary event, there's better and more inviting places around. – Kevin Arguello

Convenient parking, clean facility. Wide selection, decent pricing for the Bay Area. Jared was very helpful and insightful to the parameters I had. Overall great experience, will be back for the discounts! Thanks for the help. – Jess Wu

Great place, the employees were so helpful and the set up was incredible. – Carina Gilio

I like this location better than San Jose one. Bigger space, friendly reps, easier to access with plenty of parking. Only negative is that their inventory can be limiting. San Jose one is typically more fully stocked than the redwood one from my experience. – Stephany

Beautiful shop – ugly personalities working and running it. Customer service was terribly rude and when I spoke with the manager he enabled the bad behavior by beginning his response with “Well, ma’am you don’t know any of the employees or what they might be going through today.” I wasn’t expecting him to reprimand her in front of me, that’s inappropriate. I did at least expect that he would apologize and try and make it right by helping me find what I was there for. Instead, he poured behind him and said I could pick up my order there. Only the order pickup wasn’t where he pointed and he had to actually take a minute to show me. Whomever reviews your video feed should be able to look up the event and see the body language from the disengaged manager and the rude employee. Rolling eyes, and not looking at me or even in my direction, – that will tell you everything about what needs improving. – Pinky Rosada
