Quick and easy service. I try to stick with online ordering and as a new customer my fist time coming in was very convenient. My 2nd time coming in was also great, while waiting on my order the staff was happy to attend me and helped me with the questions i had about the other products up on display. Great spot. Really wide range and good selection – you can get decent stuff for super cheap, like 1g 510 carts for 10 bucks, but also pay a lot more for really high end product. Good vibes, I like their process of wandering the store vs waiting in a line. – Aaron Armstrong
Today was my first time placing an order and coming to white fire. I did curbside pickup in the morning and it was super fast and easy. Worst Customer Experience in San Jose. DO NOT SHOP HERE! BOUTH 3.5g of flower for 26 dollars. Opened the package at home. A single 0.5g bud came out. That's it. Called immediately to ask for a refund. Told to kick rocks and call the manufacturer. 0 stars, garbage customer service. Lies to customers and then gaslights them.
