The absence of a fifth star can be attributed to a couple of their workers who haven't yet grasped that a lot of customers they serve have also worked in retail and we know how it sucks. However, there is nothing more frustrating than dealing with an apathetic or easily irritated employee that can't control their emotional reactions when even just a tad inconvenienced. In effort at being totally fair, most of the employees here are more than pleasant and the product they do sell never does disappoint. Now, maybe if a couple staff members get some extra rest, they might see 5 stars next time. Four is pretty good, though. I don't hate. I worked retail. Rkc- – Russell Clark

make sure you get a receipt! was told 80 swiped my card then had a 95 charge + the 3.50 fee (which was the only additional fee communicated) scammed by their budtenders! – Ily Holt
Friday morning was my first time visiting this shop. It’s located in a really nice neighborhood and not in a downtown area. Parking was really easy to find. I called ahead and talked to the receptionist who did a stock check for me. It wasn’t incredibly busy when I went in and the staff was really knowledgeable about the products. The owner Aundre was there introducing her self which was really neat because it’s not often you get to meet the higher ups. Especially not on a personal level. I will be going back here for sure!
